THE O'KEEFE AND BURGESS GROUPS
Department of Anatomy & Developmental Biology, University College London
Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience, Queen Square, University College London
Welcome to the O'Keefe and Burgess Groups web-site. Researchers here have been in the business of using single-cell recording techniques to investigate the mechanisms of spatial learning for over 30 years, using some of the most advanced technology in the field today.

The purpose of this site is familiarise visitors with the research we do and the people who do it, and to provide some helpful links for others with an interest in neuroscience. Enjoy your visit, and please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments you may have.

This group is made up of two closely associated labs, working on space and memory.

The unit recording side is based in the Anatomy department of UCL.

The neuroimaging, neuropsychology and computational side
(Space and Memory Group) is based at the ICN.
